Amorphous alloy current transformer uses amorphous alloy material as the core material, which better solves the problems existing in the traditional current transformer. Amorphous alloy has the advantages of low hysteresis, low loss and high saturation magnetic induction strength, which can effectively improve the measurement accuracy. In addition, amorphous alloy current transformer has the characteristics of small size, light weight, flexible installation, etc., which is convenient for the installation and use of equipment.
Iron-based nanocrystalline materials are formulated with Fe,Si,B,Cu,Nb. Firstly, through fast cooling technology, the nanocrystalline alloys are molded directly from molten steel into amorphous thin strips, and then through vacuum or protective atmosphere heat treatment, the amorphous crystals are crystallized into crystalline structure with nanoscale scale, and then they become our nanocrystalline materials. Through this revolutionary production process, we get superior performance magnetic properties, high magnetic induction, high permeability, low coercivity and low iron loss. Nanocrystalline material is a new type of soft magnetic material with low carbon and environmental protection.
Compared with ferrite, nanocrystals have higher Curie temperature and can work reliably even at high temperatures up to 180°C. Nanocrystals have higher permeability and higher saturation magnetic induction strength, and nanocrystal cores can significantly reduce the weight and volume, and the power loss of copper windings is usually 50-70% of that of ferrite. It is suitable for consumer electronic equipment such as inverter drives, EV controllers, inverter air-conditioners, LCD TVs, electric ceramic ovens, etc. It is also suitable for EMC management in the field of industrial power supply such as inverter welders.
> High permeability -- increase inductance and reduce the number of winding turns.
> High saturation magnetic induction -- reduces device size
> High frequency capability -- 50Hz - 100KHz frequency range
> High Curie Temperature -- High operating temperature, continuous operation up to 120ºC.
> Low Coercivity -- improves efficiency and reduces hysteresis losses
> Low Loss -- energy efficient, low temperature rise
> Low magnetostrictive coefficient -- low noise compared to conventional magnetic materials
> Excellent thermal stability -- low deviation in performance over a wide temperature range of -20°C to 120°C
> Low cost -- cost-effective relative to Permalloys, allowing for substitution.
